Too many error messages printed in log file ERR_PROCESS_NEW_CLIENT_FAILED ERR_DIFF_APPLN ERR_CLIENT_EXISTS

Hi:
  dear, i found this issue on machine, there're so many error logs printed, i don't know why. Please help me to check it, and send me some infomation about this error messages or give me some documents to explain this message if  you can. thanks a million

Hi Dauphineo,

Using RMS over VPN may need some configurations in VPN/Network settings related to Packet Size and MTU values.

Details about the process and the required values can be found on the Knowledge Base link shared by Gaurav.

The link can be accessed only after logging-in to the portal.
Please confirm if you are registered on our Customer Portal. If not then please drop an email to crmprod@gemalto.com mentioning your organization name (account name registered with Gemalto).

If this configuration is needed for any third party application that uses RMS, then please get in touch with the application vendor for the same.

We’re using Envelope 7.5 for our products as we need to support Windows XP. With the developer key in question, enveloping fails with an “invalid deallocation” message. I tried the bounce demo application, same issue.

 

Masterhasp.exe doesn’t recognize the key, saying “no vendor key”. It does recognize our other vendor keys and our master key.

 

After re-introducing the master key (which downloaded the 7.8 libraries), Envelope actually started failing with a new error: “unknown pointer passed to hasp_free()” – other keys still work fine.

Strangely, I also tested Envelope 7.8 and this works fine with the key…

Thanks for the response.


We no longer support windows XP with our products as the support for the mentioned operating system has been deprecated by Microsoft.

You have mentioned that the key throws a new error with latest libraries (v7.8) over the original Envelope. However, it works fine with the latest 7.8 Envelope.

It is a recommendation from our side to use the latest tools for the users. Hence, we hope the concern is sorted as of now.

We are not using Window XP as our build environment, but some of our customers are still using Windows XP. That is the reason we can't upgrade to the latest enveloping tool.

But why is one out of 15 developers keys suddenly shown as a masterkey, while all others show the CRCGK vendor id. Is the dongle almost dead? Is there a battery inside or flashmemory inside, which got corrupt.

We cant depend on the developer keys, when suddenly these dongles can start new behavior.

So is there a way to get my developer key, to behave as it has done before?

It would require to examine the key to investigate the appearing behavior.

HASP_NO_VLIB

Hi,
I had installed aksusbd-7.80.1  on my Linux server
The aksusbd-7.80.1.tar file was downloaded from the EMS server (Developer-->ER Installer)

When i'm trying to attached V2C from from the Admin Control Center i'm receiving the error:
HASP_NO_VLIB - unable to find vendor lib - 48

The lib file is exist into /var/hasplm/haspvlib_x86_64_94011.so

Please help me to find out what is the problem

Hi Yosef,

Installing the runtime tar file should copy the vlib files (both 32 and 64bit) in "/var/hasplm/update".
Placing the file in "hasplm" would not help.

Please try reinstalling the package from tar file using ./dinst. Files can also be copied manually in "update" folder. If files are copied manually, then also run "sudo chmod 777 * " in update folder to provide the read/write/execute permissions for vlib files.

Thanks you for your replay

on /var/hasplm/update i have the two files:

haspvlib_94011.so

haspvlib_x86_64_94011.so


when i'm trying to attached V2C from from the Admin Control Center the haspvlib_x86_64_94011.so moved to the main folder /var/hasplm and still got the same error


i run chmod 777 * but got the same error


please help

cannot start the "Sentinel Local License Manager" service

Dear All,

hello everyone, we meet a issue.

During machine working, it report error --- "Unable to access Sentinel HASP Run-Time Environment(H0033)".

At this moment, we check the "Sentinel Local License Manager" service is stop, and can not start it, report error.

Only reboot the computer could fix it.

it happened ramdom.

operation system is winXP.

version maybe is 6.51, like pictures.

Hi Howie,

The version of runtime installed is very old.
Please uninstall the same from Control Panel > Programs and Features > Sentinel Runtime

Then try installing the latest version from the following link-

Please note that we no longer support Windows XP as it is already end-of-support from Microsoft.
Hence we cannot comment on the behavior on XP. You can check and try if the new drivers are able to resolve the issue.

You can try reinstalling the version 6.51.
As you mentioned that the service gets started after machine reboot. So does it again get stopped after some time? In such case, some other application may be blocking the service.

i have v6.31 install files, but after install it does not change, it is also 6.51.

does it must be uninstall v6.51 first?

also we didnot find something related the issue, happened ramdom.

Hi Sir/Madam:

i try to burn in HL MAX (NEW) with my batch code (ReadOnly Memory: 600 bytes length along with Dynamic Memory : 300 Bytes). but i got the error like below


  1.   Activation failed with status code :5054. Could not generate the license because: Target device does not support the dynamic resource in license definition
what is the reason of this problem how to resolve it ?

Sentinel  EMS : 7.8
Dongle : HL MAX Green Color.
(Feature ID : 100
Product ID : 101)

Please note that the dynamic memory is only supported for Driverless configuration keys. Could you please connect the HL Max key, open the Admin Control Center (http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html) and share the screenshot of 'Sentinel Keys' page ?

Hi Sir,
      Thanks for your reply.
      Connected : 1 Master Key + 1 HL Max(Green) but not Yellow(Software) Dongle.

and one more question i am struggled with Encrypt/Decrypt text in .Net api i just copied the codes from TOOLBOX it's working fine but with limited text inputs pict 005 with data() byte variable is declared,

the Pict 006, i tried more text values for encrypt and decrypt that byte data variable was empty in this case
how to decrypt that values

Hi Howie,

As mentioned before, we do not support Windows XP hence I would not be able provide much help here.
You can install the application on some other machine with a newer OS (Windows 7 or above) and check with the latest runtime.
