Hi David,

This may be a case of corruption related to license storage corresponding to your vendor code.
It would need a deeper investigation.

Please create a support ticket on Gemalto Customer Portal for the same.

If you are not registered on the portal then please drop an email to crmprod@gemalto.com to get your Customer Identifier needed for the registration.
